These terms govern your use of this website, nexgenomics.ai, operated by NexGenomics, Inc. ("NexGenomics", "we"). Use of the NexGenomics platform and products is governed by a separate written agreement with each customer; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

You may read and share the material on this site for your own business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site's operation, attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not authorized to reach, or use automated means to submit forms.
Content and ownership
The text, design, and marks on this site belong to NexGenomics or its licensors. Nothing here grants a license to them beyond ordinary viewing.
Information on this site
This site describes our platform and our approach. It is provided for general information and is not a commitment to deliver any particular capability, service level, or compliance outcome. Commitments of that kind are made only in a signed agreement.
Briefing requests
If you ask us for a briefing, we will use the details you give us to reply. Our handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Operational text alerts
NexGenomics operates one text-message program, NexGenomics operational alerts.
- What it is. Automated messages about the status of platform infrastructure, sent to staff who operate it. A message is sent when a monitored system fails or recovers. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- How to join. By entering your mobile number and agreeing at /sms-alerts/. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any service, purchase, or role.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies with system events.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- To stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to rejoin.
- For help. Reply HELP, or write to info+policy@nexgenomics.ai.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, NexGenomics disclaims implied warranties concerning the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
