PROVABLE, NOT ASSERTED
Governance That Produces Evidence By Default.
NexGenomics's architecture wasn't adapted to satisfy regulatory frameworks after the fact — traceability, explainability, provenance, and audit evidence are what the architecture produces by default, on every product, in every deployment.
The Three-Tier Framework.
| Tier | Framework | What It Governs |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | Security & Governance Framework (SGFF) | Infrastructure security posture, policy-as-code enforcement, multi-tenant isolation, and audit evidence infrastructure. |
| Tier 2 | Operational AI Governance Framework (OAGF) | AI agent identity, authority, behavior, and auditability — every agent, every action. |
| Tier 3 | Critical Function Governance Framework (CFGF) | Consequence-aware governance wherever an AI action can affect a high-consequence outcome. |
Policy is written once, as code — not as a PDF someone has to interpret — and it's evaluated before any AI system acts, every time, not on a review cycle.
Regulatory Alignment.
| Framework | Jurisdiction / Scope | How NexGenomics Responds |
|---|---|---|
| NERC CIP | North America — Energy | Provenance and lineage tracking map directly to CIP-007 and CIP-010 monitoring and change-management obligations. |
| IEC 62443 | Industrial Cybersecurity (Global) | Policy-as-code enforcement and consequence classification address IEC 62443 system security level requirements. |
| NIS2 Directive | European Union | Consequence-aware governance and audit evidence packages satisfy NIS2 significant-entity reporting and risk-measure obligations. |
| CIRCIA | United States — Critical Infrastructure | Full lineage and evidence generation enable rapid, accurate incident reporting within statutory windows. |
| EU AI Act | European Union | Policy-as-code governs high-risk AI classification obligations; provenance and quality scoring satisfy technical documentation and human-oversight requirements. |
| NIST AI RMF | United States / Global | The governance layer is explicitly aligned to and extends NIST's GOVERN, MAP, MEASURE, and MANAGE functions. |
| HIPAA | United States — Healthcare | Provenance, minimum-necessary enforcement, and audit trails satisfy Security Rule administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. |
| GDPR / CCPA | EU / United States | Data residency configuration and policy-as-code enforcement support cross-border transfer and consumer-rights obligations. |
Evidence, Assembled Automatically.
When an event occurs — an incident, an audit request, a regulator's question — the Fabric assembles the evidence package automatically: policy versions in effect, every decision made, every model's behavior, every validation run, every remediation action taken. The package is consequence-mapped, tamper-evident, and regulator-ready before anyone has to go looking for it.
This is the same architectural claim as Law 3 of Genomic AI: trust is provable, not asserted.
